
The Beaver Chapter of SWANA is an association made up of professionals from Oregon and Idaho who are committed to managing solid waste as a resource through education, advocacy and outreach.

The Solid Waste Association of North America is an organization of more than 11,000 public and private sector professionals committed to education, advocacy and research. For more than 50 years SWANA has been the leading association in the solid waste management field, serving industry professionals through technical conferences, certifications, publications and a large offering of technical training courses.
Our Chapter
Beaver Chapter strives to bring the waste community together and build a network for sharing resources and technical expertise. We provide opportunities for operator certification training courses, continuing education units, facility tours, and annual events such as the Winter Social, NW Symposium and the NW Road-E-O.
