Following the business meeting, representatives from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and Circular Action Alliance will provide timely technical presentations.

Technical Presentation Highlights
- Update on Oregon Recycling Modernization Act: The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and Circular Action Alliance will discuss implementation of the Act, including current developments and considerations for Oregon’s recycling system in the future.
- Climate Equity and Resilience Through Action (CERTA): The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality will provide an overview of the CERTA program, its climate-focused initiatives, and opportunities relevant to the solid waste sector.
